I am Feras Nabulsi, a Product Design Leader based in Washington, D.C., specializing in transforming complex business challenges into intuitive, scalable, and measurable digital products. I help global brands innovate and grow through human-centered and agentic design—creating systems that empower users, adapt intelligently to context, and support goal-driven interactions.

With over 25 years of professional experience, I bring deep expertise across user experience, product design, and application development. My work focuses on designing products that balance clarity and autonomy, combining thoughtful interaction design with feedback loops, decision support, and human-in-the-loop principles to drive meaningful outcomes.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and a Master’s degree in Human–Computer Interaction, providing a strong technical and behavioral foundation that enables me to lead teams, align design with business strategy, and deliver products that evolve with user needs and organizational goals.
