ECOLAB had an enterprise initiative designated to improve the end-to-end Customer-to-Cash process to drive growth, productivity, and enhanced customer and field sales experience. The goal is to deliver a set of Agentic-AI solutions such as CashApp Application which uses AI technologies to perform a 3-way match between business files, bank statements, and Accounts Receivables to identify missing data and payments to close outstanding invoices. The AI-Agent conducts analysis based on available data in SAP and email exchange with customers, as well as all Virtual Credit Cards and Check payments. Other Agentic-AI Solutions include Customer Master Data and EVA Everywhere Knowledge Management.
Cash App
ECOLAB’s associates utilize the CashApp tool to review and validate the automated AI-Agent process that matches customers’ invoices to payments received. The AI Agent process all cases and identify issues that requires the associate’s intervention to review, approve, or reject these cases. The AI Agent adapts to feedback provided by the associate and apply these guidelines to future cases in order to reduce the effort and enhance efficiency.
