T.Rowe Price — Marketing Campaign Transformation

For T. Rowe Price, one of the world’s leading investment management firms, I led a product design initiative focused on improving how prospective clients move from interest to account creation.

By mapping the investor journey, identifying drop-off points, and simplifying the decision-making process, we created a more intuitive, trust-centered experience that guided users from first interaction to verified account.

The result: a measurable lift in conversion rates, faster onboarding, and a scalable foundation for future lead-to-account growth initiatives.
